Instead, travelers can have their luggage collected from their homes and boarding passes issued ahead of their arrival at the airport, streamlining the overall process and improving travel efficiency. Adel Al Ali, Group Chief Executive Officer of Air Arabia, highlighted the benefits of this service, stating, “We are committed to offering value-added products for our customers. Air Arabia Abu Dhabi’s Home Check-In service will enhance the convenience and efficiency of travel, allowing passengers to save time and enjoy a smoother airport experience.”

Titten Yohannan, Chairman and CEO at OACIS EMEA, emphasized the importance of the partnership with Air Arabia, noting, “This collaboration reflects our dedication to improving the travel experience for passengers in Abu Dhabi. The Home Check-In service provides greater flexibility, safety, and peace of mind for travelers, making their journey more enjoyable.”

Passengers can access the Home Check-In service through the Morafiq app or website, as well as Air Arabia’s website or customer service. Once booked, a Morafiq representative will visit the passenger’s home to collect their luggage and provide them with boarding passes. The service aims to improve the overall travel process by reducing wait times at the airport, allowing passengers to focus on other aspects of their journey. The collaboration between Air Arabia Abu Dhabi and Morafiq is part of ongoing efforts to introduce innovative solutions for modern travelers.
